Formatting and Submission Guidelines
All papers must conform, at time of submission, to the IEEE Formatting Guidelines. All submissions must be in PDF format. All submissions must use the US Letter page format.
Make sure that you are using the correct IEEE style file: the title should be typeset in 24pt font and the body of the paper should be typeset in 10pt font.
Latex users: please use \documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran} (without option 'compsoc' or 'compsocconf').
Papers, when properly formatted, must not exceed the size limits stated for the paper categories as follows:.

Submissions that do not comply with these instructions and size limits will be rejected without review.
Accepted contributions
All accepted contributions will be published in the ICSE 2017 Proceedings or the ICSE 2017 Companion Proceedings and in both the ACM Digital Library and the IEEE Digital Library.
AUTHORS TAKE NOTE: The official publication date is the date the proceedings are made available in the ACM Digital Library. This date may be up to two weeks prior to the first day of ICSE 2017. The official publication date affects the deadline for any patent filings related to published work.
Accepted contributions
The SIGSOFT CAPS program OFFERS three distinct services to support conference attendance for SIGSOFT STUDENT members, SIGSOFT professional members, as well as non-member UNDERGRADUATE students:
CAPS-GRAD: Travel support for GRADUATE STUDENTS (only OPEN to SIGSOFT student members)
CAPS-UG: Travel support for undergraduate students (open to non-members)
CAPS-KIDS: Travel support to help defray cost of childcare (open to SIGSOFT student and professional members)
