Do you have a discount code? If so, please make sure you include all the events that you will attend. Attempting to add new events once registered will cancel the code.

Author Registration

At least one author of each paper accepted to an ICSE event must register for the corresponding event.

The author registration deadlines are:

  • For Technical Research, SEET, SEIP, SEIS, NIER, SEET, Doctoral Symposium, Demonstrations, Journal First: Feb 13
  • Posters: Feb 20
  • ACM SRC: March 1
  • Workshop contributions: Feb 27
  • ICGSE+MobileSoft contributions: Feb 27
  • MSR+ICPC+SEAMS contributions: March 30

If registration is not received within the aforementioned deadlines, the paper(s) will not be included in the Proceedings. No-shows will also prompt removing paper(s) from the Proceedings.

When registering, the designated authors must enter the ID(s) of their paper(s) so we can clear the registration requirements for their paper(s). Authors should receive their paper ID by email from IEEE Conference Publishing Services. For any problems, please contact the ICSE 2017 Proceedings Co-Chairs.
